Costco 2-Pack Converter

Enter the Costco 2-pack SKU and the order quantity. The tool works out how much of the regular product you need to convert — 2-pack units × 2 = regular units, then regular units ÷ units per case = cases to pull.

Paste Cx email

Paste the Cx team email text here — every 2-pack SKU and its quantity is pulled out automatically. Expected format: 13781 – NS Dry Eye – 17 CAS (102 x 2pks); 15526 – NV 500ml – 14 CAS (42 x 2pks). The quantity is the number right before “x 2pks”. Then type each regular product's own Batch # and Expiry right in the table below (expiry as MM/DD/YYYY, like SAP shows) — they flow to that SKU's labels and to its lines in Step 2 and Step 3. Each row also has its own Labels / box setting, with that SKU's total labels (cases × labels per box) shown beside it. The Carton# and Version in the Order section apply to every SKU, and labels for all of them are generated together.

This 2-pack SKU isn't in the list yet. Enter the regular product it converts from, and the conversion will run with those numbers.

Step 1 — Create Batch

In SAP, create each batch from its Costco 2-pack SKU, Batch # and Expiry — tap Copy beside a value to copy it exactly, with no extra spaces. Only SKUs with a batch # entered are listed here. Once a batch is created in SAP, tap its ✓ Created button — that row disappears, so the same product and lot can't be copied or created twice. When every row is done, the full list comes back, ready for the next order.

Step 2 — Create: Costco 2-Pack

SAP: MB1A — Movement type 952 — Reason for movement 558

Step 3 — Remove: Our Product (NWC)

Costco 2-pack labels

Zebra printer — ZPL

Same labels as ZPL code for the Zebra label printer at 203 dpi: the landscape BarTender design rotated 90° onto the 4×6 in stock — exactly like the printer's “90° – Landscape” setting — filling the whole label with no border. Copy it, paste it into labels.txt, and run your usual print-labels.bat — same as the TJX labels.

SAP workflow — follow the steps in order

1

Create batch (if needed)

Enter each regular product's batch # and expiry (MM/DD/YYYY) from its LS24 FIFO lookup — in its row of the email results table, or in the result area for a single SKU. Every SKU with a batch entered is then listed in the Step 1 — Create Batch section above Step 2, with a copy button for its 2-pack SKU, batch # and expiry.

2

Create the Costco 2-pack

MB1A — movement type 952, reason for movement 558 (Step 2 section above).

3

Remove the regular product

MB1A — movement type 951, reason for movement 558 (Step 3 section above).
